Very large and spacious room. Nice to have a full sized fridge and washing machine in the room. Very comfortable bed. Close to Yongsan station, very convienient. Walking distance to alot of restraunts and shops. Fantastic hotel.

The housekeeping was the best, they were doing really outstanding job. Check in was ok, a bit slow, we have requested extra blanket which we haven’t received during our stay, I bet they forgot about it.In general it was a good stay, I wouldn’t stay it was worth the money we paid, room was a bit small. we have ordered in room dining food was very good, but breakfast was overpriced.

Big clean people is kind

Apartment was very quiet, clean and spacious. Bathroom has under the floor heating as well as toilet seats. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser are specially made for the guests and it was really nice. Bedsheets get changed every day. The gym facility was excellent. The 3rd floor restaurant has a good ambiance and food was really good. The breakfast is good. I have stayed 2 weeks and the hotel staff was very kind and professional.

Maybe the restaurant can add more items to the dinner menu.

Location & area around plus the net clean environment in the Hotel plus very nice staff make you feel you are at home .

Spacious and clean. The hotel is right next to Yongsan station so it made it convenient to get around the city.

The location is ideal, right next to Yongsan station, so very easy to get the Metro.The room was fantastic, the staff were excellent, this was the second time we have been in this four hotel complex, and the Grand Mercure is better than both Nova's and the Ibis. Highly recommend this place.

The location was nice, it's more suitable for someone who looks for a more quiet area. However, to get to the main attractions of Seoul, you'll need public transportation (which is about 7 min walk from the hotel)

Modern room, elegant, everything was beautiful! Food was great! My mushroom soup was definitely from a high-end restaurant (room service) b/c it tasted sooo gooood!!!!!

Taxi drivers had a hard time finding this hotel bc it looks fairly new.

I am utterly disgusted by the discriminatory policies enforced at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel in Seoul. Despite being advertised as a luxurious 5-star hotel with amenities such as a pool, sauna, and fitness club, access to these facilities is denied to individuals with tattoos.As a paying guest, I was appalled to discover that I was being discriminated against simply because of my body art. This blatant discrimination and harassment left me feeling humiliated and degraded. Never in my life have I experienced such injustice, especially in a country like South Korea that prides itself on democracy and progress.It is outrageous that a hotel in a democratic country would enforce such archaic and discriminatory policies. This is not 19th-century Japan or North Korea; there is no justification for such discriminatory treatment.I paid for access to these amenities as part of my booking fee, and to be denied them based on something as superficial as body art is not only unfair but also unacceptable. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth not only about the hotel but also about South Korea as a whole.I urge potential guests to reconsider staying at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel until they rectify these discriminatory policies. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or inferior because of their appearance. Discrimination has no place in modern society, and it's high time that establishments like this hotel learn that lesson.
